Account verification is required before any withdrawal can be processed. This KYC (Know Your Customer) process may include submission of a valid government-issued ID (PhilSys ID, passport, driver's licence, or SSS/GSIS card), proof of address, and in some cases, documentation of your payment method. Upon account closure, any verified real-money balance remaining in a non-suspended account will be refunded to the player's most recently verified payment method within a reasonable timeframe. Bonus balances and wagering-requirement pending amounts are not refundable upon closure. If the account was closed due to a breach of these Terms, the player forfeits all balances.

Players may close their own vvjl6 account at any time by contacting support. Closure requests are processed within 48 hours and any outstanding real-money balance above ₱100 will be returned to the player's verified payment method.

• Service interruptions caused by maintenance, technical issues, or force majeure events.
• Losses resulting from a player's failure to understand the rules of a game or betting market.
• Losses resulting from unauthorised access to a player's account due to the player's negligence (e.g., sharing password or using an unsecured device).
• Indirect, consequential, or incidental losses arising from the use of vvjl6, including loss of profit or opportunity.

vvjl6's maximum liability to any player in connection with any single claim is limited to the value of the relevant disputed bet or deposit. Nothing in these Terms limits vvjl6's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any liability that cannot be excluded by applicable Philippine law.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising from your use of vvjl6 that cannot be resolved through our internal dispute resolution process will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Philippines.
